Celebration #1
A celebration that I am very happy about would be that I am doing a pretty good in Adv. Math. I was worried all of last year about this class because I was worried that I would struggle and not understand what we would be taught. I still do not have the best grade in the class but I am not failing. Over the years I have always struggled in math. It's not that I don’t understand it. It is more of that I do not remember all the steps to problems or formulas.
Celebration #2
Artifact #4 is my favorite artifact so far. At first I was not really interested in this project because I am not a big fan of poetry. I first read a poem called “Not enough salt to fill an ocean” and I really liked the poem and decided to create my poem to be very similar. So I used the same scheme. I then created the poem to express what I was thinking. This is one of my proudest piece of work because I create something I found beautiful useing something i disliked and that i wasn’t good at which made me feel great. I still am not a big fan of poetry but it's a start to something I could start to like.
Celebration #3
Another thing to celebrate would be how I have grown as a person who asks more questions on their projects. I am not saying I have learned how to advocate I have already have learned how to last year. I am saying I have learned to go deeper in my projects. An example of this would be in biology. In biology we were working on a infographic project and my group and I had chosen to base our projects off of how Wolf Creek is planning on creating a new village at the resort. The problem is that if they build the village they will endanger the habitat of all the canadians Lynxes in the area. So our group did a a lot of research on this topic and created an infographic. During this project I asked a lot of questions that would help or allow our group to go deeper into this topic. A question I asked for example would be like “How does the construction affect the lynx?” The answer is that the construction affects the lynxes because they workers will have to cut some trees down and that doesn’t only affect where the lynxes can hide when they sense danger but it also means that the workers could be knocking down the home to the Red Squirrel which is the Lynx second most common choice of food when Snowshoe Hares are nowhere to be found. Therefore I am very excited to have gotten better at asking questions because asking more questions like this will enable me to get more detail and i will get a better grade on the assessment I am working on.

Growth #1
I am passing in Adv. Algebra and Math 2 but grades or a high C. I feel like I could do a lot better than what they are now. I think these grades could be a lot better and I think I could work on trying a little harder in math then I do now. For example i could put a little more effort on turning stuff in on time like some of the explorations and pows for Adv. Algebra and so the same for Math 2. I also think i could work on …..
Growth #2
I also need to work on learning to set milestones. What I mean by milestones is if we are giving homework thats due in a week or so I need to learn to do a little bit every day so it can be done before the due date. Another way milestones could help me would be for long project. I could set a goal and try my hardest to complete that goal before the end of the class. We have already started doing that a little bit in Humanities but I did not take it as serious as I could of.
Question to Ponder
How could I work on not moving around so much and focusing all that mental and physical energy to my work?
